D. Hipps - My passion for photography was ignited in high school when I discovered the exhilaration of capturing moments in the click of the shutter. That passion grew when the single click echoed to life at 24 frames a second. Since then I have kept a foot in both the still and motion picture worlds.

I believe in keeping a balance between my commercial photography work and my passion for fine art photography as well as independent & feature films.

I have always been captivated by the resonance of the story that can be told in a single image. Although I have worked as a professional photographer and filmmaker for several years, I’m still intoxicated by the mere thought of seizing a moment of time in a single frame.

Sarah Galarza - Looking back I think I have always seen the world as a single frame, as though life was frozen in time. Even then, I was able to look at a scene and know exactly how I would frame it. I love the idea of telling a story without ever saying a word. It was in Junior High when I attended my first photography class and I was hooked.

Fast forward to college where I focused on both Photography and Cinematography. I was rather intense; having one instructor remind me that life could be experienced without a camera.  My passion grew quickly as I met and worked with many people who shared the love of moments and frames.

As a photographer and designer, you are a part of each project you present. I am blessed in that I enjoy what I do and love working with people.  Nothing is greater than taking my passion and mixing it with my clients’ passion to create something beautiful.  I pride myself in listening effectively to build their ideas and desires into a finished project that we all are truly proud of.
